About Me

Having completed my academic degrees at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, I am interested in the ancient cultures of Greece and Rome and specifically in issues of geographical descriptions and ideas. One of my main topics of interest is the geographer Strabo of Amasia. Through these interests I also deal with inter-textuality and ancient fragments. I have published books and articles on these subjects in various international platforms.

Research Areas:

  • Strabo
  • Geographical conceptions in Ancient Greece and Rome
