About Me

I was born in Jerusalem, and learned in Netiv Meir Yeshiva High School. After that I continued to a Hesder Yeshiva in Alon Shvut – Yeshivat Har Etzion. During that time I served in the armored corpos as a tank driver. After I finished, I began studying at Bar-Ilan University and started teaching there in 1992. For a time I also teached in Efrata College of Education in Jerusalem (1996-2007). My main research area is the early commentary on the Talmud, focusing on Rashi's commentary. In addition I also work in studing the world of prayer.
