The Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Bar-Ilan is a world leading department, specialized in the fields of artificial intelligence, data science, cryptography, robotics, computer science theory, and natural language processing.
A strong emphasis is placed on academic excellence and commitment to the highest standards of teaching, while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for all members of the department.
In its activities the department fulfills its vision to serve as a bridge between the academic-research world and the industrial and business world.
The academic faculty consists of well-known and leading researchers in their field, veterans and young people, who are at the forefront of academic and industrial research and combine their work with creativity, experience and extensive knowledge.
The Department of Computer Science holds meetings with academics and industry. The sessions enrich and expand the students' familiarity with the innovations in the field. Graduates of the department are integrated, both in research and in the labor market
