The Department of Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University is one of the leaders in Israel, and is considered a world leader in the fields of artificial intelligence, robotics, cryptography and natural language processing.

Theory and practice

The department places strong emphasis on connecting the theory of the study bench to the practice of the computer science profession, and in its activity fulfills its vision to serve as a bridge between the academic-research world and the industrial and business world.

The academic staff

 The faculty of the department consists of well-known and leading researchers in their field, veterans and young people, who are at the forefront of academic and industrial research and combine their work with creativity, experience and extensive knowledge.

Foreign Relations

The Department of Computer Science holds meetings with academics and industry. The sessions enrich and expand the students' familiarity with the innovations in the field. Graduates of the department are integrated, both in research and in the labor market
