The Helene & Paul Shulman School for  Basic Jewish Studies provides the University's students with basic knowledge in the central fields of Jewish Studies through academic courses.

The courses are taught in Tanach, Talmud, Jewish Philosophy and Jewish History.

In addition to the regular frontal teaching courses, there are also internet courses which are taught.

The Helena & Paul Schulmann School of Basic Jewish Studies seeks to enrich the intellectual life of the students and broaden their horizons by teaching them academic courses in Jewish Studies, thus shaping their intellectual identification with Judaism.
