A comparative analysis of subjective conceptions of power and self-worth among men in hi-tech organizations in the US and Israel, two linked but distinct case studies. Her research is situated in cultural sociology, organizational sociology, critical management studies, and gender studies. These theoretical lenses enable her to offer an analytical framework of gendered power performances on the subjective, intersubjective, organizational, and cultural levels to construct a politics of selfhood in the contemporary workplace.
